1.Install the xploview
Xploview app is compatible with general purpose Windows microscope software. Install the app as below.

xploview.exe(9.59MB) Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10, 11 | 32 or 64 bit
2.Connect the microscope to PC
Long press the power button to turn on the DM4 microscope and use the micro usb cable to connect the microscope to PC. The microscope screen will appear "PC Camera" text with blue background on the screen. If the microscope appear "Disk" text with blue background or charging logo, please remove the USB cable from the computer and press "Memu" twice to move to "USB" menu and swtich to "USB" mode.
3.Open the xploview (Windows: "Desktop" - "xploview") and select the microscope
After a few seconds the computer will automatically install the generic webcam driver. Open the xploview software. Click “Settings” – “Device” to select “GENERAL - UVC” on the dropdown to make the microscope work.
If you only get black screen or can't find the "GENERAL - UVC" on the dropdown, please check your privacy setting by following the below picture, find another micro usb cable to test or clik this email [email protected] to contact us.
